Ouch Terms and Conditions (online bookings)
Course bookings: All course bookings are to be made by returning a signed Ouch booking form.
Payment terms: On receipt of a signed booking form, you will receive confirmation and an invoice for the total amount due. All course fees must be paid before the course is due to start. If a credit account has previously been agreed, the payment needs to be made within 30 days form the invoice date or prior to the start date, whichever is sooner. All course fees are subject to VAT.
Cancellations: Should circumstances mean that you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:
- More than 21 days notice prior to the course* – no cancellation fees apply
- 21 days or less notice prior to the course*- full fee to be charged
*Please refer to the paragraph below ‘Blended / Online Learning’ for additional cancellation terms
Blended / Online Learning: For any courses that incorporate blended or online learning, the full course fee is chargeable and cannot be refunded from the time a delegate is registered with the relevant awarding body. Where delegates require registration with an external awarding body, the date they are registered will be classed as the start of the course date in relation to the cancellation terms.
Transferring of course dates: Should circumstances mean that you need to transfer your booking to an alternative date, notice must be provided in writing more than 21 days prior to the original agreed booking. Giving notice of a transfer 21 days or less prior to the course will be classed as a cancellation and the normal cancellation fees will apply (see paragraph above).
Non-attendance: If you do not attend a course, and have not previously informed us, the full fee remains payable.
Unforeseen circumstances: On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require Ouch to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.
- To be eligible to attend a First Aid at Work Requalification course, you must present a valid First Aid at Work certificate

Certificates: Certificates for successful delegates will be issued electronically in PDF format (except IOSH and Highfield) and only after full payment has been received. Paper certificates are available upon request.
Venues: The exact location of the venue will be sent with course instructions on receipt of the booking form.
