Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 working days.

All orders will be processed Monday to Friday 9.00am – 4.30pm, any orders after these times, will be processed the next working day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we will let you know via email or telephone call if you should expect any delays.

*Orders placed are collected the next working day, if ordered before 1pm.

We do not post to P.O. Boxes at this time.

You will receive tracking information from Parcel2go via the email address supplied at checkout.

We only post to the United Kingdom at this time.
