Working at height training

“Working at height remains one of the biggest causes of fatalities and major injuries” (HSE). Common causes of these injuries are falls from ladders or through fragile roofs.

To ‘work at height’ means working in any place where somebody could fall a distance likely to cause injury. In order to prevent injuries from occurring, precautions can be put into place that would significantly reduce the likelihood of accidents arising. The Working at Height Regulations 2005 (WAHR) apply to you if you are an employer or control ‘work at height’. The purpose of WAHR is to prevent death or injury from a fall form height.

Ouch can offer effective working at height training in order to provide the tools needed to prevent injuries happening in your workplace. Our training can be tailored in relation to the tasks your organisation carries out.
