Mental Health First Aider Support Session (1 hr)
The session is suitable for existing mental health first aiders. During this incredibly difficult time the likelihood of our friends, family and work colleagues experiencing mental health problems is understandably high. The session is designed to enable attendees to come together and discuss the challenges facing them in their role as a Mental Health First aider.

Why this session is important
We know there are many challenges facing mental health first aiders right now and we’d like to help. Ouch will be running approx 20 free 1 hour support sessions during May. The first session begins on Monday 18th May 2020
How to access this training
This session is free of charge and open to all qualified mental health first aiders whether you were trained by Ouch or not. The session will be hosted via zoom video conferencing, details of how to access the session will be provided at the time of booking.
Our trainers are qualified by Mental health First aid England to deliver Adult Mental Health First Aid, Adult Mental health Champion, Adult Mental health awareness, Youth Mental Health first aid and Adult Mental health refresher.
