This course is designed to provide an appropriate level of fire awareness for all members of staff. It is a legal requirement to ensure that employees are aware of the correct actions to take in emergency situations. Experienced and qualified trainers provide a greater understanding of the fire safety measures in the workplace, enabling staff to become the first line of defence in the prevention of fire. This course can incorporate practical fire extinguisher training if required.
The Fire Awareness Course is aimed at all staff requiring fire safety training. The training may be focused on client specific areas.
To provide delegates with a greater awareness of the threat posed by fire to people, property and business activities. To give delegates the knowledge and confidence to choose and use fire extinguishers appropriately.
Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance.
Normally between 2- 3.5 hours depending on client requirements. This course can be held in-house for up to 12 delegates.
